Praça dos Imóveis, Mediação Imobiliária Lda, keeps the data of its Clients to inform them whenever an opportunity arises to sell, buy or lease a property, to give administrative support to Clients in the respective processes, to inform the Client of the existence of promotions or marketing campaigns or to comply with legal obligations.
Customer data is obtained based on information received directly or indirectly from Customers and the documentation that Customers provide. This information is collected by Praça dos Imóveis, our representatives (administrative, consultants, employees) duly identified, using the website www.pracadosimoveis.pt and / or other portals to which our properties are exported.
The data stored for each Client can be consulted, changed or deleted, upon request, via email [email protected]
Customer data can be used to generate automatic recommendations for properties customized according to the profile of each Customer, confirmation of meetings, or other automatic messages.
Customer data will also be used for the purpose of granting deeds, promissory purchase and sale contracts and performing registration acts relating to real estate, with notaries, conservatories and similar entities.
Customer data is kept for a period of 5 years from the last contact made with the Customer, except in cases where there are specific legal obligations, which impose longer periods.
Customer data is processed by computer, under the responsibility of Praça dos Imóveis, Lda.
Each Client can give his consent for the treatment of his data, in person or through our website, email, letter, sms, etc.
Each Client may also object to the treatment of the data; limit that treatment; withdraw consent at any time, in which case the lawfulness of the treatment previously performed is not compromised; request rectification, updating or deletion of data; exercise the right to receive data concerning you and to transmit it to other data controllers.
Each Client has the right to be informed of the occurrence of any breach of his personal data and to make a complaint about the processing of his data to the supervisory authority (CNPD).
